行こうとした「刀削麺 西安飯荘」が店舗補修のため臨時休業、第二候補の「元祖広島汁なし担担麺 きさく 五反田店」は閉店と、第三候補で訪れたのが、五反田駅西口から徒歩数分、目黒川沿いの道にある中華のお店「東京酒樓」です。「和牛それがし」とかの並びですね。古臭い重いガラス扉を引いて階段を登ったビルの２Fにあり、登るとそのままお店の中へつながっていて、円卓がいくつもあるフロアがあります。店員のおじさんが椅子を引いて、ここへどうぞと大きな円卓の1席をあてがってくれました。もうひとりお客さんがいるのかと思ったら、支配人かなにかのお店の人でした。
ランチメニューはいろいろあります。今週のランチから、メインが2品＋点心のDセットを選びました。
Dランチ 麻婆豆腐、豚の黒コショウ炒め、点心 1200円
数分でやってきたランチ。麻婆豆腐は辣油が辛いけど、それより前にやたらと塩辛い。めちゃくちゃ塩気が強くて、麻とか辣を楽しむ前に塩辛いです。ごはんは進むんだけど。
シューマイは大きくて肉肉しい好みのタイプ。海老もてっぺんに乗っていました。齧ると肉は美味しいけど味が薄い。これは醤油を垂らしていただきました。大きくて食べ応えはあります。
中華鍋で炒めている音が聞こえた、豚の黒コショウ炒め。うーん、これは薄味だな。玉ネギは甘くて美味しいけど、このすごい油はどこから来るんだろう。まるでアヒージョのように油に浸かっています。
水菜のサラダ、白菜のスープ、ポテサラ、柴漬けと、なんだかんだでおかずがたくさんあるので、ごはんが足りなくなり、半分おかわりをもらいました。
盛りだくさんなので、おなかはいっぱいになりました。一品一品はあまり印象に残らなかったです。
お昼時30分ほど滞在したけど、お客さんが誰も来なかったのが心配でした。
