2022年12月休日の朝に利用しました。
本当はブッフェに行きたかったのですが、
残念ながら長蛇の列だったので、急遽和食に変更しました。
朝食付きプランでの利用です。
こちらのお店は、ホテルの地下1階にあります。
入る前から中々いい感じの雰囲気です。
直ぐに席に案内されました。
空いてて良かったぁ・・・
て感じです。
ご飯は、お粥かご飯を選びます。
私はご飯を選びました。
小鉢
小鉢、手作り豆腐 、生姜餡、漬物
焼物
鮭焼、厚焼き玉子、蒲鉾
鮭が丁度よい味かげんと焼き具合。
煮物
炊き合わせ

南魚沼産コシヒカリ

黒糖プリン
黒糖？がかかったプリンが、素晴らしく美味しかったです。
お盆に最初から用意されているので、すぐに持ってきて頂けますし、
ゆったりした空間で、
どの食材も美味しくて。
ブッフェじゃなくても良かったのかな・・・
と、思う私でした。
