祝日・昼過ぎ来訪。
近くの百名店の喫茶店に行くつもりが、まさかの臨時休業で、コーヒーを飲む気分だったので、相方と「どうする？」となった時、目の前にあった「集」に入ってみることに。
祝日昼時だったので混んでいるかと思いきや、す、空いている！
五反田駅から横断歩道を渡ってすぐの場所に、これは穴場だ。
2階にあるお店にむかう階段をのぼりながら「なんか、大正ロマンぽい雰囲気ね」なんて思う。
とても清潔に掃除が行き届いているエントランス。
すぐにスタッフが気づいてくれて、喫煙か禁煙か確認されました。
ボックス席に案内されました。
いいじゃないか。

・今月の希少旬摘み珈琲「ブルンジ」1000円
・さくらのショートケーキ 900円
珈琲は、アイスもホットもサイフォン式で淹れたものを目の前で注いでくれるスタイル。

「ブルンジ」は、酸味なしの苦味が強いタイプのコーヒーで、好きな味だった。
とにかく、深く、濃い。
そして、この珈琲にさくらのショートケーキがよくマッチしていた。
ショートケーキの中に、「桜あん」入り。
和と洋が絶妙にマッチしていました。
何よりも、接客が心地よかった。
まるでホテルラウンジでお茶をしているかのような、優雅な気分にさせてもらえました。
お店のビジュアルで、完全に「ただのチェーン店の珈琲屋」かと思って侮っていてごめんなさい！
