テレビでペルー料理が取り上げられており、セビーチェを食べたい、と思っていたので、友人とペルー料理へ。
調べたら、五反田にアルコイリス（ArcoIris）というお店があるので、いざ五反田。
五反田駅東口から歩いて5分ぐらいのところにある雑居ビルの2階。
店内はすでにスペイン語の世界で異国情緒。
日本語が伝わっているのかイマイチ不安ではあるが、とりあえず注文。
ペルーのビールで乾杯。
まずは、ずっと食べたかったセビーチェ。
ペルーのマリネですね。
てか、一皿の量がボリュームたっぷり！
酸味が効いていて、これだよ、これ。
20年以上前にメキシコで食べたセビーチェを思い出しました。
セビーチェには白ワインだな。
よくわからないが、ペルーの白ワインらしい。
メインは、ペルーの名物らしい、牛肉と玉ねぎとトマトの炒め。
これもボリューム満点。
ご飯もどっさり盛られている。
野菜がシャキシャキしていて、爽やかな味。
よく見ると、ジャガイモも入っているのかな。とにかく野菜たっぷり。
この量だと、あと一皿が限界かな、ってことで、ラストにペルーのソーセージ。
これもフレンチフライがどっさり(笑)
とにかく全部量が多い。
お腹いっぱい。
まだまだサワリぐらいしか味わってませんが、ペルー料理は割と優しい味のものが多いのかな。
奥が深そう。
