昼間、友人の急病で昼の約束がドタキャン。(T_T)
夜は、息子がミーティングで遅くなるから、夕食は不要と言う事で、主人と五反田で待ち合わせ。
主人が珍しく予約してくれたお店は、五反田の沖縄料理だった。ゴーヤチャンプルは身体に良いし、たまには良いね。✌
ただ、昼、夜の外食になり、お腹がいっぱいで食傷気味になった。(＠_＠;)
両店とも急なキャンセル不可だったし…（苦笑）
こちらのお店、サラリーマンさんに超人気のお店らしく、狭いのに満席だった。タバコのけむりが凄い。トイレが男女共有で１個だけしかないから列が凄い〜
この３点が難点だったが…(=o=;)
スタッフさん、お２人で満席なお店を切り盛りされていて凄い！感嘆なレベルだ。（拍手）
※楽しみにしていたシークワーサーサワーやシークワーサージュースがないのは、残念だった…(T_T)
沖縄と言ったら、私の中ではシークワーサー、ゴーヤ、もずく、沖縄そば、ラフティ、ミミガー。♡
頂いた物
・もずく酢→大島産の手摘み天然もずくだそうで、ホントに美味しいもずく酢だった❗❤
・ミミガーポン酢味噌和え→ミミガーは豚の耳介を使った料理でコリコリとしたクラゲの様な食感が美味しい。コラーゲンが多く美容や健康に良い。量がかなりたっぷりで、食べごたえがあった。♡
・鹿児島県産 鳥刺し→弾力のある肉と旨みたっぷりの鶏。
・キビナゴの南蛮漬け→酢漬けでかなりの酸味。身体に良いね。酸っぱいのは苦手〜(笑)
・ゴーヤチャンプル→看板メニューだね。鰹節の香り、ゴーヤがよく炒められていて、味も薄みで良かった。♡
・黒糖で煮込む看板メニューのラフティー→豚の角煮で、醤油、黒糖、お酒で柔らかく煮込まれていた。
・つきあげの盛り合わせ→鹿児島では薩摩揚げをつきあげと言うそう。これはかなり味が濃くて、塩気が強い。お酒のつまみにはいいのだろうが…塩気の強いのは苦手。(苦笑)
・ホクホクフライドポテト→ほくほくのポテト。塩は奄美の塩だそうで、かなり塩味が強く、ガーリックがメチャ効いていて、なまのニンニクアレルギーの私は加熱していても警戒。量もたくさ〜ん。
この辺りから、お腹がいっぱいでギブアップ〜
ポテトフライ好きの主人もギブアップ！(笑)
・枝豆→茹で立て熱々で美味しかった！
・トルティーヤチップス→サルサソースにつけて食べる。これは、余り好みでない。
・沖縄そば→本格的沖縄そばで、味つけが良く美味しかった！♡
飲み物は、アサヒスーパードライ。島のナポレオンのロック。泡盛残波白のロックを頂いた。
