五反田駅から徒歩5分。
2115ラストオーダーなので21時くらいまでに向かいましょう。21時前一階は6卓ほど席がありほぼ埋まっています。
本格的な中華料理屋さんなのになぜかいろいろのメディアYouTubeなどで取り上げ挙げられるソース焼きそば。
焼きそばは塩からあんかけからソースまで様々な種類があります。
そのほかにもチャーハンやラーメンも種類豊富。炒め物なども充実しており何を選ぶか悩みます。。
今回はフォロアー様が常連様が頼むと言う青葉カラシ焼きそばとエビ炒飯、ワンタンを頼みました。
炒飯には人数分スープつけられますよ！とこと。親切。
10分くらいするとワンタンが！皿に乗ってくるのかと思いきや、ラーメン丼ぶりにたっぷりスープと一枚のチャーシューとともに５個大きめのワンタンが。
スープは濃いい味なのに塩みは強すぎず鶏ガラの出汁がよく聞いています。
あ、ちなみに炒飯についてくるスープもこいつなので汁物でお腹パンパンになるのを避けるなら汁物系は控えめに！
焼きそばは青菜の苦味の醤油ベースの鶏ガラやほのかなニンニク唐辛子とひき肉で濃いいのですが脂の感じはないのですがあんかけでも食べたことのない味で美味しい。甘さはないですよー！焼きそばもよく焼きしてるのかおこげがありかりっと。
チャーハンは大きめのエビが５尾。卵とねぎとグリンピース。優しい鶏ガラの味。あんかけも混ぜても美味しったです。
いろいろ気にしなるし、あまり得意でない脂っこさがなく喉も渇かない。次回もまたくるしかないお店でした
