絶対に小辛からいただくべし
五反田駅から徒歩で5分ほど、大通りから少し外れた場所に位置するこちらのお店を利用。
今回は平日の12時30分ごろに訪れました。
訪れた時点では満席率は8割ほどで13時過ぎに退店した際にはお店の外に長蛇の列が。
かなりの人気店といえそうです。
今回は名物ということで900円の麻婆豆腐の小辛を注文。
麻婆豆腐以外に水餃子、お米、スープ、杏仁豆腐をセルフサービスでいただけるため、費用対効果は高そうです。
食べてみた感想としては確かに香りがしっかりしていて食欲が進む。
お豆腐はかなり柔らかく、完全にかき混ぜて麻婆に絡め、ご飯と一緒にいただくかそのまま流し込むような仕様で小辛であっても適度な辛さで薬膳の香りも強め。
味の濃さもある程度はありますが薬膳の香りがカバーしてくれているため、ただしょっいだけでなく、味のバランスが秀逸でした。
また、小辛以外に複数の辛さがありましたが、一番優しい小辛であってもそこそこ辛く、中辛以上になるとかなり辛いとのこと。
まずは小辛で味を知り、そこからお好みで辛さのグレードを上げていくのがよさそうです。

五反田駅と大崎広小路駅の中間くらいに位置するこちらのお店をランチタイム利用。
以前は麻婆豆腐を注文しましたが今回は皇帝口水鶏というふんだんに香辛料のかかった鶏肉のお料理をいただきました。
お値段は900円でフリーでお米や3つまでの水餃子、スープ、杏仁豆腐をいただけるのでこの時点でカロリーベースでのコスパはかなり良いです。
ちなみに鶏は冷製で作り置きのようで注文から5分程度で提供されました。
食べてみた感想としては想像以上に美味。
鶏の上にナッツやしっかりした香りの香辛料が乗っており、かなり食欲をそそる味。
更に皮ばかりでなく、身もしっかりしており、お米とお肉の相性も抜群でした。
個人的には麻婆豆腐以上にこちらのお店でのマストトライな逸品だと思います。
