中華が食べたくなり、こちらのお店へ行ってみました。
昔にここのコース料理食べたことあったけれど、
かなり前だったので、記憶がぼんやり。
予約なしでしたが、ちょうど片付けるとのことで、
片付けたあとに入店できました。
会社の飲み会グループが多くて、けっこう騒々しい

20円の差で角ハイボールはカットレモン入り

３つ入り 黒酢とかはなくて、そのままで味がついているタイプ
汁たっぷりで美味
★名物魚の激辛沸騰旨煮 1,580円
魚の煮物のようなものとあって、店員さんに聞いたら、
全く別物で、こちらは山椒の実と唐辛子の辛さがあるみたいで
油でじゅわっとかけている料理
出てきた白身、形が崩れてなくて、ふんわり
魚の種類を聞いたら、鱈を使っているそうです。
辛くておいしい！止まらない
山椒と唐辛子を避けたら、激辛ではないから食べられる人は多いかも？

ボトルで注文、中華とワインは合うと友人が言うので注文
辛い料理と合いますね
★トマトと卵のふんわり炒め 980円
卵はふわふわ、トマトもおいしく、
この料理作った人天才といつも思う
小皿系が少なめで大皿料理が多いので、
少ない人数だとちょっと高めになってしまいますが、
人数多ければ飲み放題コースもありかもです。
そうそうこちらのお店はチェーン店ではないみたいですね
