五反田TOCの隣にあるインドカレーのお店。TOCのなかにも支店があるんですね。ビルの半地下にあるこちらのお店は、クリーム色の壁と茶色の調度類でシックな雰囲気の店内。お客さんはパラパラと入っています。ランチメニューは単品カレー850円～。お得なセットメニューもあります。
ラスクスセット 1050円
カレー2種類＋チキンティッカ+ナンまたはライス＋サラダ＋デザート＋ドリンクのセット。カレー2種は、マトンとチキンマサラを選択しました。ドリンクはアイスチャイを。あ、メニューにポークカレーがありますね。インドカレーでは豚肉は珍しい。ヒンドゥー系のお店なのでしょうか。
数分で提供されたラスクスセット。ここはターリー（お盆）もカトリもステンレス製ではないのですね。カトリは陶器のお皿です。マトンカレーは、スパイスをふんだんに使いラム肉の旨味が抽出された美味しいカレー。粘度の高いカレーは北インド系のカレーです。ラム肉はふた切れゴロっと入っています。
チキンマサラはこれまた粘度の高いマサラカレーで、芳醇なスパイス使いで香ばしい。これもチキンがたくさん入っていて美味しいです。両方とも美味しいカレーだけど辛さは全然辛くありません。
「辛味ソースをお好みでどうぞ」と出してくれました。これはインド版ラー油みたいなもので、赤いオイルに唐辛子粉が沈んでいます。まあまあ辛いので、たくさんカレーに入れて辛さ増しにして食べました。
ナンは大きくてモチモチの焼き上がり。ペタンペタンとナンを延ばす音が聞こえてくるので、焼き立て熱々のナンが楽しめます。このナンはチキンティッカと一緒に食べると美味しい。チキンティッカは味が良く浸み込んだ、柔らかな鶏肉でとてもいい味でした。もちろんカレーと一緒にナンを食べるのも美味しく、ナンを半分おかわりしちゃいました。
ライスも選択できますが、白いご飯のようでした。
マンゴーヨーグルトを食べて、アイスチャイを飲んで、ごちそうさま。期待していたよりもずっと美味しいインドカレーでした。ナンが美味しいのもいいですね。使い勝手の良いインドカレーのお店です。
