ホールスタッフの女性にとても気持ち良く対応していただきました。席の案内、メニューのお薦め等パーフェクトでした。
馬肉のユッケを頼みましたが、ここのユッケはぶつ切り。味付けはユッケですが、いつまで噛んでも噛み切れず大きな塊を丸呑みしてあとは残しました。スプーンではがそうとしても筋膜？筋？から離れない。あれが正しい熱中屋のユッケでしたらもう行けません。
