本日は、夕方から『炎丸酒場 五反田店』で飲み会です。
こちらのお店は久々の訪問ですが、以前に伺った時は、『牛もつ煮込み』が絶品でした！
注文は、もちろん『牛もつ煮込み 全部入り(煮玉子＋煮豆腐入り)』などなど。
以前に『牛もつ煮込み』を食べた時は、ビーフシチューのような『もつ煮込み』で、最後に『バゲット』で食べるのも美味しかった記憶があります。
約10年ぶりなので、凄く楽しみです！
そして待望の『牛もつ煮込み』が運ばれてきました。
まずは、『もつ』をパクり…。
ん…。
以前に食べた『牛もつ煮込み』と味が違う…、ような気がしました…。
『バゲット』もなくなってます…。
とはいえ、全体的にお料理も美味しく、楽しく飲むことが出来ました！
