東京・高輪のザ・プリンスさくらタワー東京にある「チリエージョ」。和モダンな雰囲気を取り入れたイタリア料理店です。
西側一面のガラス窓からは高輪プリンスホテルまで続く庭園をやや下から眺めることができる広々とした空間。ホテルの朝食会場になっていたので、ここで朝食をいただきました。
和洋それぞれの料理が並ぶブッフェスタイルですが、卵料理だけはテーブルオーダー。エッグベネディクトかオムレツが選択できます。
ブッフェ料理の種類はそれほど多いという印象は受けませんでしたが、一つひとつ丁寧に作られたことが分かるレベルの高い料理ばかり。もちろん作って置きっぱなしなんてことはなくて、スタッフがこまめにケアをしています。
時節柄、衛生面が気になりますが、手をかざすと風が吹き上げて掌を入れやすくなる使い捨てのビニール手袋等を準備するなど感染対策も抜かりありません。
次回は朝食ではなく、ぜひディナータイムに伺ってみようと思います。
