この物価高の中1000円切るランチも珍しくなるなりつつある今日この頃。週一のトレーニングを終えてそこまで空腹ではないけどお昼を食べようと東五反田をふらふら。どうやらお肉居酒屋がランチをやっている。焼肉な気分だったけどこちらに変更。お肉のメニューたくさんある。中でも気になったのが牛たたきと唐揚げ、豚ロースステーキ。筋トレ後だからなぁということで牛たたきと唐揚げの定食をチョイス。880円という金額で牛肉と唐揚げ両方食べれるのは嬉しい。ご飯と味噌汁はおかわり自由。普通においしかった。牛たたきは柔らかかった。ダイエッターとしては唐揚げ食べたいけど1人前はやりすぎっていうときに2個だけついてるとか嬉しいバランス。
