会社のメンバー4人で五反田にある肉系居酒屋『肉十八番屋』に飲み会で訪れました。お店は都営浅草線五反田駅から徒歩2分という好立地で、アクセスも抜群です。お店の名前にちなんで、毎月18日と29日は肉の日で、盛り合わせが半額になるという嬉しいサービスもあります。
まず最初に注文したのは『おとうし』で、肉と葉っぱの味噌だれがかかっています。味噌だれはたっぷりとかかっており、一口食べると濃厚な味わいが口いっぱいに広がります。
その後、注文したのは『おまかせ5点盛』で、桜姫鳥焼き、ハラミ2焼き、ミスジ焼き、タン焼きが盛り合わせられていました。桜姫鳥焼きは程よい火加減で焼かれ、ジューシーで風味豊かでした。ハラミは柔らかく、噛むたびに肉の旨味が口いっぱいに広がります。ミスジはしっとりとした食感で、口の中で溶けるような食感でした。タンは程よい脂の乗り具合で、しっかりとした味わいが楽しめました。マスタードやわさび、自家製ソース、岩塩などのソースとの相性も抜群で、肉の美味しさが引き立ちました。
続いて注文したのが『桜ユッケ』です。はっぱ、オニスラ、馬刺し、卵が乗っており、程よい濃さでさっぱりと食べられました。
『炙り牛タン寿司』は、酢飯の味が良く、牛タンもしっとりとしていて、口の中でほんのりとした甘みが広がります。
また、『牛タンとエリンギのアヒージョ』は、塩味が程よく効いた牛タンとエリンギが相性抜群で、パンとの組み合わせも絶品でした。
『めんたいチーズだし巻き』は、チーズと明太子の相性が抜群で、たまごはふわふわしていました。
『アスパラガスとふきのとうの天ぷら』は、アスパラガスは想像通りの食感で、ふきのとうは程よい苦味で美味しかったです。岩塩が上に乗っていて、塩味が引き締まっていました。
ドリンクはグレープフルーツサワーとレモンサワーを注文しました。どちらも生搾りで、爽やかな味わいでした。また、店員さんの感じも良く、楽しく飲むことができました。
『肉十八番屋』は、肉好きにはたまらないお店で、個室完備なのでプライベートな時間を楽しみながら美味しい肉料理を堪能できます。ご馳走様でした。
