テレワークで昼出勤。ランチを食べてから行こうと通りを歩く。
近くの春雨店がいつも気になるのだが、ランチ時になるとボリュームをどうしても求めてしまうので結局入らず。その先にある、ちゃんこ、中華、焼き肉店が入るビルの焼肉を今日はセレクト。
店の入り口は狭く基本エレベーターで入店することになるが、店内はこじゃれた感じで、接待などにはよさそう。先客はおらずテーブル席に案内される。
焼肉関係のランチのほか、ユッケジャンラーメンやビピンパなどもあり、どれにしようか迷ったが、豚の生姜焼きと鶏の味噌焼きのコンビ焼肉にした。
サラダ、おかず盛り合わせ、ごはん、スープときた後に生姜焼きが来る。これで終わりかと勘違いしたが、写真に載っていない鶏も後から来た。
豚肉はちょっと固めだがボリューム、味付けはばっちりでご飯は進む。お替りはスープも含めOKなので安心して食べられる。鶏のほうもじっくり火を通して食べると程よい塩っ気でご飯が止まらない。
せっかくダイエットしているのにすっかりおなかがパンパンになってしまった。食後はミンティアを1つ頂き、ちょっと得した気分でお店を出ました。またほかのメニュー頂きに来ようかと思います。
