素揚げが大好きなので、予約して行ってきました！
まずは、SORACHI（生）で乾杯！SORACHI特有の苦みがたまりません。
おつまみには、ゴロゴロ蛸わさびやパクチーサラダ、するめイカガリバタなどを。どれも美味しい～！
そして、お目当ての小樽名物 若鶏半身揚げ、国産若鶏もも１本揚げが到着。皮はパリパリ、中はジューシー（胸肉部分はもちろんあっさりとしていてそれもまた良い）。期待通りの美味しさでした！
追加で、ヤゲン軟骨（素揚げ）、レバー（ザンギ）、ももザンギ、むねザンギも！脂っこさを感じることなく、どんどんいける…危険。
〆のラーメンはちょっと好みではなかったのですが、煮卵は好きでした。こればっかりは好みの問題ですね！
生ビールの他、季節限定のヘベスのサワーなども存分に楽しみ、幸せな気分でお店を後にしました。
お料理はもちろんですが、店員さんの気配りが素晴らしく感動！店内は宴会の方々であちこちで大盛り上がりでしたが、私たちがメニューを開いていると、さりげなく声をかけやすいところに来てくれて、満面の笑顔でオーダーをとってくれました。こちらの店員さんのおかげで喧噪も気にならず、とても居心地が良かったです。
