餃子定食は、餃子５個盛り。
そこに、茹でモヤシとニンジンをゴマ油で和えたの。掻き卵のスープには、豆腐も入ってる。
本来、ご飯も付いてたみたいだったのだが、そこは、ご遠慮申し上げるべく。
餃子は、まるまるとしてて。なんかデカめ。
でも、焼き目は控えめ。これは、この店のデフォなのか、それとも、そのとき、偶々であったのか。
もう少し、パリっと仕上げてくれた方が旨そうという気も。
餃子の餡は、豚挽肉たっぷり。随分と肉肉しくて。
あんまし、キャベツっぽくなかったような、タマネギも入ってたかな、それと、ニラとで。
ニンニクは入ってないみたい。
醤油、酢、それと、餃子のタレ。
ラー油は置いてなかったかな。
酢・胡椒にしたくて、別途、胡椒をお願いしてみたりと。
ビール一杯で終えるつもりだったけど。
結局、ふたつ。
・生ビールは、サントリーのプレモルと。
・レモンサワー。レモンは入ってなくて、レモンサワーの素。
五反田にあるというのに、あくまで、恵比寿と主張したいらしくて、「恵比寿餃子」を名乗っていらっしゃる。
一度は、ここの餃子を食ってみたかったってことがあったんで。今回、立ち寄ってみたのだが。
少なくとも、この店での、この餃子だとすると、次は無いかなぁ。
