こちらは何年か前に来てからのかなり久しぶりの来店になります。
日曜日の11時30分。
一番客です。
カウンターに座り炒飯と担々麺のセットに名物の餃子を2個注文。
1000+400=1400円。
こちらは普段女性客が多いイメージ。
と言うのも、大きな窓からの採光により店内は明るく、中華のお店ですが作りはカフェチックで清潔感もあります。
10分弱で到着。
先ずは担々麺から。
スープは胡麻の風味が最初に来て、そのあと八角の香りが…
八角はあまり得意では無いので個人的には△
麺は中細ストレート。
際立った特徴は無いかな？
もう少し太めのチュルッとした麺の方がこのスープには合いそう。
オペレーションの都合もあるのでしょう。
炒飯は脂控えめなのかパラっとはしてるがモソモソとしており食感が非常に悪い。
女性客が多いので脂を抑えているのかな？
もっと脂でコーティングして脂の旨みを活用して欲しいところ。
小鉢のもやしナムルと焼売はお世辞にも美味しいとは言えず、焼売は上は乾燥してパサパサで下は蒸し器の蒸気でベチャベチャで非常に残念…
これなら付けない方がプラスじゃないのかな？
餃子は大ぶりで餡もたっぷり、焼きたてで美味しかったです。
お値段もそれなりにするので再訪は無いかと…
