もう、ここの餃子は
一度食べると忘れられません！
恵比寿の弍号店によく行くのですが
いつもいっぱいでなかなか入れない。。。
食べログ検索してたら
五反田にもあることを知り
こちらに来てみました。
他の方の口コミにあった通り
ビジネス街にあるので
平日は混むそうですが
今日は日曜日
18:30入店でしたが、
先客1組
お一人様も入りやすいように
カウンター席もばっちり。
空いていて大喜びです！(失礼かな？)
これで大豊記の味を食べたくなった時は
土日に来れば確実に食べられそうです。
元祖恵比寿餃子は絶対！ということで
餃子と
麻婆豆腐(これもほんと美味しい！)
オーダーした側から
唐辛子や他の香辛料の
辛い香りが店内に
ぶぁっ！っと広がって
この香りだけでも美味しいのですw
麻婆豆腐は
噛みごたえのある粗挽き肉
甜麺醤多め？の濃い色
とはいえ甘くはならず
良い香り付けになっています
絹豆腐(木綿より絹派)
しっかり辛く香りも豊か
餃子は
エビが中に入っていて
餡がパンパンに詰められて
頬張った側から
口の中に広がる肉汁
そして
エビの食感
少し冷めても
ずーっと美味しい餃子です。
テンション上がって
長文になりましたが(苦笑)
美味しかったです！！
