基本３ヶ月ごとに変わる日本各地の料理に餃子マニアの店主さんの作る餃子、
そして日本酒が目一杯楽しめるお店。
店主は橋野元樹さん。駒澤大学の先輩であります。
そしてなんといっても料理の鉄人に高校生で出場したという、料理の腕の持ち主。
猫好きの橋野さんのこだわりがお店の中端端に見えます笑
こちらに来たら料理はコースに、日本酒飲み放題が絶対お得。
そしておまかせで頼むのがいいかなと思います。
この季節は近畿特集！
料理もお酒も近畿から〜〜。
まずはのお重の登場。
くぎ煮やすぐきで近畿地方の美味しいつまみを味わいながら。
丹波黒枝豆。しっかり味の濃い美味枝豆。
稲荷のおつまみ
西京蕗味噌に京都にある平野豆腐のお揚げさん。
ちびちびでも食べれる美味しいつまみだな〜。
ぼっかけ
牛すじとこんにゃくで甘辛。これは絶対お酒にあうやつ。
酒粕餃子
皮しっかりの餃子は酒粕でしっとり。
コロッケの中身は・・・
すき焼き！これが高校生時代に料理の鉄人で出されたものだそう。
高校生ですき焼きをコロッケにする発想。素晴らしいなぁ。
中の卵がトロッとした仕組み。ただ揚げただけじゃなくて、
しっかり考えられている、すごい！
馬刺し
常温に戻りつつあって、脂が染み出していい感じ。
サシで脂の甘みも感じて。
明石焼き
ふわふわの卵焼きとも言える焼きをお出汁に浸して。
たこ焼きと違ってまたいいものです。
締めは稲庭うどん。
締めてあって、ツルツルシコシコ。蒲鉾にも注目です笑
出して頂いた日本酒は
特約店にしか出ない酒場の純米大吟醸
こちらに炭酸ガス注入でスパークリングに。この発想はなかったー！
近畿のものに限らず十四代まで飲めて、飲み放題が3000円だなんて！
店主橋野さんの料理と、お店の醍醐味を味わうならコースに飲み放題必須。
季節ごとに行けたら幸せだな〜。
