事前に予約をして利用した店です。
4人での利用でしたが広めの個室席を用意してくれていました。
扉付きの完全個室だったので周囲の音はあまり聞こえませんでした。
というより、周囲にはお客さんがいませんでした。
完全個室でありながらも、隣接したところに客は入れないという配慮でしょうか？
ローストビーフが柔らかくて美味しかったが、やはり肉寿司がダントツで美味かった。
肉寿司には甘しょっぱいタレがかかっていて、その肉寿司を店員さんが炙ってくれます。
その時に匂いが立つのですがその匂いが最高。
レアで食べるのがいいらしいのでレアで炙ってもらい一口パクリ。
想像以上に肉が柔らかく、タレの甘しょっぱさがこれまた良いんです。
この肉寿司は山程食べても飽きが来ないことでしょう。
ということでおかわりまでしちゃいました。
美味い飯には美味い酒。
今回はビール→レモンサワー→ジントニック→ジントニック→芋焼酎水割りでフィニッシュ。
満足度は高めです。
