急用で五反田に行くことになり、気になってたとこにランチ入店。食べログメニューにあった、ズワイガニのアメリクリームパスタを頼もうとしたらランチはランチメニューのみとのこと。残念。
ウニクリームパスタセット1300。乾麺並で130gとのことで、大盛り1.5倍150円。追加料金で麺の種類も変えられる模様。
麺は少し太め。アルデンテより少し柔らかい（アルデンテは好きではない）。麺はも少し細い方が好きかも。クリームパスタのソース自体にはウニの味はよくわからない。が、適宜上に乗ってるウニを分割して絡めると味変してちょうどよいかもしれない。量的には大盛でちょうど。アクセントで入ってたシソの香と味もよかった。
サラダはツナ入り、量もそれなりにありシャキシャキして美味しい。次は夜かな。
