五反田駅から徒歩３分程度。
活気ある飲食店が立ち並ぶ一角にあります。
頂いたのは、
“ソフトシェルクラブのアジアンサラダ”、
“海老のよだれ鶏”、
“ズワイガニのカニミソクリームパスタ
いくらトッピング”、
“社長のプリン”
“オレオクッキーチーズケーキ”など。
特に美味しかったのは、
“ソフトシェルクラブのアジアンサラダ”と
“ズワイガニのカニミソクリームパスタ”。
“ソフトシェルクラブのアジアンサラダ”では、
小型のカニが丸ごと揚がっているのを
予想してましたが、
こちらのは、もっと大きなサイズのカニが、
割られて入っているタイプ。
小型のものより、歯応えと芳ばしさが
一層増している感じです。
“ズワイガニのカニミソクリームパスタ”は、
追加でいくらトッピング。
果たして期待通りの濃厚さ。
蟹味噌独特の海の風味を
乳の甘い香りがまろやかに整え、
ズワイ蟹の身がジューシーさを加えます。
これだけでも美味ですが、
追加したいくらトッピングが
プチプチ弾けて塩気の効いた卵汁を垂らしまくるのも、
フレッシュ感が増して一層美味しいです。
デザートの“社長のプリン”も、
クラシック調の濃厚さで、
スパイシーさやソルティーさが
中心だったお料理の最後に、
その甘さが華やかに活きています。
バスタと名がついていますが、
バスタ以外の海鮮中心のメニューも充実していて、
幅広く味わせていただきました。
