モチモチ太麺生スパゲティ
今年の3月は異様に寒かった感。
しかも今日は☔ですし。
そんな雨降りの今日、五反田駅より
チョイと歩かなきゃならないこちらに
お邪魔。

乾麺も選べるようですが、家では
乾麺ONLYなので生麺のナポリタンを
お願いしました。
配膳までに約10分。
熱々ナポリタンの登場です。
スパゲティはもっちりネットリな
感じでフォークの使い方が下手くそでも
十分巻ける麺です。
小エビかと思ったら500円玉程度の
エビが5〜6匹。プリプリともっちりの
ハーモニーを楽しめます。
目玉焼きの黄身を麺に絡めて頂きましたが
これはあまりインパクト無し。
バゲット単品でオーダーできりゃ
ソースも楽しめんのにな。

初訪問から2週間。
再訪しました。
今日お願いしたのは小エビと青じその
和風です。
しそがいい仕事してますね。さっぱりな
香りが広がります。
太めのモチモチ生麺も大盛にすると
満足度が上がります。
