休日の買い物帰りに予約したこちらのお店へ。
以前五反田に来たのは肉料理が美味しかった鉄板焼のお店を訪れて以来になりますね。
予約した時間よりも早めに到着しましたが、そのままスムーズに案内してもらえて助かりました。
案内された席は完全個室席でした。
居酒屋さんらしさもありながら落ち着いた店内でした。
ネットで肉寿司を見かけて気になって予約したお店なのでとりあえず肉寿司と和牛のカルパッチョと鶏肉のステーキを注文しました。
こちらの肉寿司は店員さんがバーナーで炙ってくれます。
このパフォーマンスは面白いです。
肉の香りがとても良かったのを今でも覚えています。
少し甘めのタレもナイス。
お肉の旨さもしっかりありましたが、タレがいい感じに後押ししています。
和牛のカルパッチョは思っていたよりもボリューミーでこちらの料理もバーナーで炙ってもらえました。
胡椒の風味が効いていてこれまた肉が美味い。
鶏肉のステーキは弾力のある鶏もも肉で、塩で味付けをされたものでした。
これもなかなか美味でしたね。
全体的にバランスの良いお店だなという印象です。
