五反田のイタリアンに、娘の誕生日に伺いました。店内はほぼ満席。人気店ですね。
料理はまず、前菜の盛り合わせ。素敵なお皿に6種類の前菜が盛られています。シンプルですが、素材を活かしていてとても美味しかったです。
次にピッツァ。フルーツトマトを使用したマルゲリータとトリュフのピッツァのハーフハーフ。最近はもちもちのナポリピッツァが多いいですが、ここはクリスピーな生地のミラノピッツァですね。どちらの味もかなり美味しい。薪を使用して高温で焼き上げていて、奥深い味わいですが、軽く感じますね。何枚でも食べれそう。パスタはフレッシュのポルチーニがイタリアから入荷したという事で、それをバターと和えて、手打ちのパスタで頂きました。娘は今まで食べたパスタの中で一番好きと言ってました。メインの料理は北海道の黒毛和牛のグリル。 A5の牛は私には沢山食べれませんが、脂が適度に入っていて、とても柔らかく美味しい。
最後にドルチェと食後酒を頂きました。
ドルチェはティラミスとカタラーナ、ビスコッティ、ジェラートの盛り合わせ。食後酒は自家製のレモンチェッロ。どの料理も本当に美味しかったのですが、サービスが特に素晴らしい。色々な気遣いにとてもホスピタリティを感じます。最近はモバイルオーダー等が増えて来ていて、こういう対面のサービスはとても温かみを感じました。
特に店長さんらしき方が一つ一つと丁寧に説明してくれて、また、とても対応がハートフルで温かく、ファンになってしまいました。
今日は素敵な誕生日会になりました。
