2階の掘りごたつ席だと全18品 12,000円ですが、個人的に鮨はカウンターしか勝たんので、1階カウンター席限定の全20品18,000円のコースで。

コース後半のことが多い「ウニの食べ比べ」が開幕にあるのが特徴。一番舌がフラットな状態だし名物が最初に来るの面白いかも。
つまみは「あわびの肝醤油ソース」+シャリ玉が美味しすぎて、コース終わりにお代わりした。
聞けば「たまもと」= 卵黄に油を加えたもので、酢抜きのマヨネーズの様なコクを加える和食の技法らしい。通りで後を引く。
店内のQRコードを読み取ると、その日のコース内容がLINE@で送られてくるのも面白いです。
品数も多く満足感がありながら、予約が取りやすいので穴場なお店です。
