平日の早い時間に伺いました。
1階のカウンター席。
とにかく「終始、心地よかった」の一言。
ネタ全て美味しかったが、特に感動したのは
ウニと、写真の鮑。
赤シャリの上に、ちょっと塩を振ったウニをそのまま握りでいただいたのは、至福でした！
板前さんが気さくに話してくれて、わさびのおろしがねを見せてくれる。
この「わさび」の文字の中に、1箇所だけ「わびさび」って順番位なっているのがあるんですよ、だって。

2階は広く使えるようで、同じタイミングでファミリーが来店されていました。
このレベルのお店、もし六本木や銀座で食べたら1人3〜4万するんだろうなぁ・・・というネタ。
