ジンギスカンの名所、岩手県遠野のジンギスカンが五反田に！
肉の激戦区、五反田にまたひとつ新しいお店がオープン。焼肉は焼肉でも、ジンギスカン。
近くには、元お相撲さんの霧島さんのジンギスカン霧島もあります。
こちらのジンギスカン、知らない方には珍しいかもわかりませんが、岩手県のジンギスカンの名所、遠野のジンギスカン肉を使用。ジンギスカンといえば＝北海道じゃないんですよねー！笑
遠野は私も昨年たまたま行きました。

食肉センターとあんべ、という二大巨頭があります。そして、あちらの人は日常からラムを食べるんですよね。スーパーでもラムを売っています。バーベキューでもラムを食べるそうです。笑
バケツジンギスカンといって金属のバケツに穴が開いた焼台で庭先などでBBQという、なんともワイルドな食べ方をするそうです。笑
そんなバケツジンギスカンのスタイルを再現したまさに遠野のジンギスカン。
お肉は臭みがなく柔らかしっとりで美味しい。タレがまた美味しく、なるほど、これこれ！という感じ。笑
北海道のジンギスカンのタレは酸味が強い感じですが、遠野のは果物の甘みとなんとも言えない癖になる味。オリジナルだそうです。
とても美味しいジンギスカンでした。

一年ちょっとぶりにきました。
ジンギスカンは西側に、駅から「ジンギスカン羊一」、大崎広小路側に「ジンギスカン霧島」とあり、そこからほど近いところに、こちらがあります。
持ち味がどれも違ってこちらは岩手の遠野スタイル。
バケツの中に炭を入れてジンギスカンをするスタイルを再現したスタイル（ここはバケツ内部を改造してコンロになってます）
羊のレバーなど希少な部位もあり、肉質どれも最高です。タレで誤魔化さない正統派なジンギスカンです。（タレもうまい）
