ランチに行った人から沖縄そばが美味しかったと聞いてきてみました。
オープン時間から30分は経ってきましたが他に客はおらずバタバタと準備をしていました。
待ち合わせだったので2人と伝えましたが2名掛けの一番小さいテーブルに案内されました。
エアコンはあんまり効いてません。
来るまでとりあえずビールを頼んで飲んでると程なくして連れが到着しました。
そこで「お二人でしたら広いとこにどうぞ」と。
ありがたいのですが最初にハッキリ伝えたよね…
気を取り直して移動しました。
男性2人なのでちょっと重めに、ラフター、島タコのラー油カルパッチョ、ゴーヤチャンプル、ソーミンチャンプルーを注文。
お通しはもずくと海ぶどうでした。
生ビールはブラウマイスター、好きですが甘みもコクも強いので食べ物の相性からはどうかなぁ…
どれもそれなりに美味しいお料理でした。
ラフターは可もなく不可もなく。肉のボリュームもありました。カルパッチョはさっぱりした魚介メニューがあればいいねとねじ込まれたんだろうなぁくらいのものでわざわざ頼むに値せず。
ゴーヤチャンプルー、ソーミもンチャンプルーはお出汁の味も効いていてそのあたりの沖縄料理屋とは違うしっかりお料理できる方の味でした。
男性2人で満腹気味ですがどうしても食べたかった沖縄そばもオーダーしてみました。
しっかりとしたカツオ出汁強めに豚骨の風味のする本格的なスープです。
そのあたりのよくある沖縄料理屋とは次元が違う、ラーメンだとフードコートで食べるのと真剣な人気店ほど差があります。
麺もここで打ってるのかどこか良いところからとっているのかコシもあって茹で加減も抜群でした。
お酒の種類は多くないけど泡盛はそれなりに楽しめるくらいの選択肢がありました。
沖縄料理が食べたいねって時にはどこよりもお勧めです。でもこの価格帯ならほかもあるかな。
ランチで沖縄そば食べるには抜群です。
