I was told the difference between Okinawa Soba and Soki soba, and I ordered Soki soba. By the way, Okinawa Soba uses pork belly, and Soki soba uses pork belly. Soki is more meaty, so I ordered a large serving of Soki soba. It's true that Soki is very satisfying to eat. But in the end, it fell apart. The large portion of soba is very filling and will fill you up. However, I wasn't really impressed with it, so I'll give it a negative review.

そんなんだから写真がありません。
このときは沖縄そばとソーキそばの違いを
聞いてソーキそばを大盛りで注文しました。
2つの違いはソーキというお肉が乗るか
乗らないかの差。まぁラーメンかチャーシュー
麺かの差でしょうね。
結果は食べて強烈な感動は無かったものの
ソーキが美味しく3.3にしたんだと思います。
お店に上がる強烈な急な階段を覚えています。
