かの名店、ヒロミヤが監修し、タン焼肉が頂けるいわしげさんに訪問。
タンを推しているだけあって、
タンユッケとキムチをつまみつつ、いきなりタンステーキのお出まし。
分厚くカットされたタンは噛むほどに旨味が溢れ、
この厚さならではのタンの独特な食感が堪りません。
タン3種盛りは焼いたネギを巻いたり、
塩とワサビで頂いたりと、タンを様々な味わい方で楽しみます。
極厚のこれまたステーキのようなタンもあり、
ガリっとなるくらいに外を焼き、軽く休ませて中に火を入れていきます。
残りは店員さんに仕上げてもらえば、サクッと中がプリプリ極厚タンの完成です。
この3種とレモンサワーの相性が最高に良いのでお試しあれ◎
そして、タンのみならず、
カルビ、ロース、ツラミも美味しく、
こちらは盛り付けにタレと、ヒロミヤのDNA感じる一皿。
軽く炙り焼いては米に乗せてかっ喰らいます。
まさにヒロミヤで体感する幸福に近い体験です。
この後にもタレの並タン焼に、タンしゃぶ、〆の坦々麺まで、とにかく量が多くて最高の腹パン体験です。
何よりこれだけ出てきて、飲んで8,500円。
