元光GENJIの大沢樹生さんプロデュースの
五反田にある馬肉料理 樹馬さん。
なんと今日は扉が開いていてランチ営業やっていたので
恐る恐る入店。
以前は、ランチ営業はやっていたようですが
現在は、ほぼやってません。
聞いていたオススメは、ランチで唐揚げ食べ放題で800円
しかも熊本式といって、
ピリ辛酢に漬けて食べるようです。
でも奇跡的に入店出来たのだから、熊本県直送の馬肉
を食さなければ。
ならば馬肉重1500円也
これを頼めば心残りは無いだろうと思いながらもオーダー
結果から申します。
これは超大正解！
こんな馬肉重、他で食べた事がない。
左半分ユッケ、右半分が馬刺しとなっていて
味付けも九州醤油の甘味と芳醇な味わい。
これ、スゲ〜旨い！
