本当にコスパが良すぎる!!
このクオリティの鉄板焼きのコースをホテルなどで食べたら確実に倍の値段はすると思う
そして、なによりコースの一品一品がとても美味しいです。
今回のコースは、
◆ズワイガニのサラダ
◇焼きウニライス
海苔の上にご飯と、新鮮なウニと黄身醤油が乗った一品
さざんのスペシャリテなんだけど、最近のウニの不漁の為、ずっとお休みしてたやつ。
ウニと黄身醤油とご飯、美味しくないわけがない
早く市場が安定して、レギュラーメニューで食べられる様になって欲しい!
◆鮑の鉄板焼き
新鮮な鮑を目の前で鉄板焼きに。
味付けも絶妙でこれも絶品‼️
◇白子のソテー
これもウニに変わるさざんのスペシャリテ‼️
トロトロの白子を鉄板で表面をカリカリに焼き上げられた一品。
◆フォワグラのソテー
煮出し大根の上に乗せられたフォワグラ
◇牛ヒレステーキ
今回は群馬県産の雌牛のシャトーブリアン
このヒレ肉、柔らかくて旨味たっぷりの肉汁溢れるステーキ‼️
ワイン塩、山葵、タマネギソースで色々楽しめる
大満足の一品。
◆ガーリックライス
牛脂とニンニクで炒められたご飯。
少しステーキを残しておいて、もちろんオンザライス
なんなら全部ステーキ残しておけばよかった‼️‼️‼️
◇カスタードのアイス
目の前でガスバーナーで焼きあげられ、ラムを少しかけられたアイス
甘すぎず、さっぱりした味わいです
