五反田から不動前方面に少し歩いたビル（マンション？）の一階にあるこちらのお店。
平日12時に予約して伺いました。
店内はカウンター席が2名×4つ、テーブル席が３つほど。
鉄板焼きは焼いている様子を見るのも楽しみの一つなのでカウンター席に。
フィレランチ（4,500円）は、まず蟹のほぐし身がのったサラダからスタートです。ドレッシングも蟹の風味が効いていて美味しい。
続いて海鮮は中トロのソテー。
大きめのサイコロ状にカットされた中トロを塩コショウでソテーしたもので、これが本当に美味しい！二切れじゃ足りない…もっと食べたい！
メインは国産牛のフィレステーキです。
焼き加減は聞かれませんでしたが、程よいミディアムレアです。
わさび、ワイン塩、卵黄入り玉ねぎソースをお好みで付けてくださいとのこと。どれも美味しいですが、お肉に塩コショウで味が付いているのでワサビを少し付けるくらいが丁度良いように感じました。
付け合わせはもやし、ブロッコリー、カブ、紫キャベツとにんじんのラペ。野菜もしっかり摂れるのが嬉しいです。
締めのご飯はプラス料金でガーリックライスに変更。
生のにんにくをオイルでじっくり熱したところにご飯を投入して一気に手際よく作られるガーリックライス。見るからに美味しそう。食べるともちろん美味しくて、これまたもっと食べたい気持ちになりました。
ご飯と一緒に出されたお椀は、蟹の出汁がしっかり効いたあおさの味噌汁。これも良い。
デザートは柚子のシャーベット。
フローズンフルーツも添えられていてさっぱりします。
ゆっくり食後のコーヒーを飲んでコース終了です。
お肉も魚も野菜もご飯も全て美味しい大満足のランチコースでした。
店員さんも和気あいあいとしていて雰囲気が良く、ぜひまた伺いたいお店です。
