東急ストアに用事があり、ついでにこちらでお昼を食べました。
日曜日の15時10分。
店内は3組ほど。
ご飯ととろろがお代わり自由って事で、牛たん定食をオーダー。
1380円也。
何やら薬味が色々あるみたいです。
①もろみ味噌
②黒七味
③ニラ醤油
④特製塩レモン
⑤ふきのとう味噌
⑥京都九条ネギ塩ダレ
5分程で到着。
先ずはテールスープから。
うーんまあまあかな。
顆粒出汁なのか味に深みが無い。
そして少し塩気が強い。
続いて牛たんを③のタレで。
タレが塩辛い…
牛たん自体は並の下ってところ。
ご飯を一口。
麦飯では無くつや姫を使っているみたいでこれは美味しい！
続いて④のタレで頂きたく。
これは結構いける！
ここで牛たんのデミ煮込みなるものをいただく。
これはなかなか美味い！
これをメインで単品に出来るほど！
ペラペラ牛たんよりこっちが美味しい！
⑤のタレはネギの香りはいいけど少し塩気が強い。
あと、レモンを絞って食べたいところ。
①のタレはもろもろみ味噌。
②は原了郭の黒七味と見られる。
牛たんに合わないと判断して舐めて終了（笑）
③のタレはやはり塩辛い。
全体的に塩分摂りすぎな傾向。
とろろとご飯を3杯づつ戴いてお会計。
伝票を見ると何故かフェアで1000円に！！
店内を見回すもどこにもフェアの告知無し。
店の外も確認するが告知無し！
とりあえず1000円でとろろお代わり出来て牛たんが食べられるなら最高やん！
なんか一気に得した気分で評価アップ（笑）
こちらのフェアは7月一杯してるそうなんで、要チェックです！
