いつもランチでお世話になっているこちら、初めてディナーにお邪魔しました。
黄金のポテサラは玉葱の辛味が甘味と交わりこれまでに味わったことのない旨味を届けてくれます。
厚切り牛タン鉄板焼きはとてつもなく柔らかく噛むごとに旨みが広がります。
ウニとタンの手巻きは味深さが堪らない。両者が醸し出すハーモニーがと奥深く深海へと私を静かな深海へと誘います。
とことん静かだけれども深い。
味覚と真摯に向き合うことの出来る美味しい料理でした。
