本日は五反田駅から徒歩2分のところにある、五反田銭場精肉店に来店しました!
こちらのお店はお肉の仕入れから調理まで凄くこだわっており、肉の旨味を逃さないように富士山の溶岩プレートを用い、低温調理で焼き上げる極上のお肉は舌がとろけそうな程に絶品!
お肉も柔らかいメス牛を仕入れており、焼肉での使用が珍しい部位である、クリ(前脚)やミスジ(腕の希少部位)を美味しく味わえるのはこちらのお店ならではでした..!
また、和牛100%ハンバーグも注文したところ、毎日2度挽きして手ごねで作られたハンバーグということもあり、柔らかくてとてもジューシー!淡路島産の玉ねぎを使った自家製オニオンソースとの最高ハーモニー!
A5ランク黒毛和牛の破壊力を目の当たりにしました..!
締めの和牛ミートソースも6時間煮込んだものを使っているそうで濃厚で美味しく人気メニューなのも頷けました!
