Our owner and chef worked at the Sheraton Miyako Hotel Tokyo [Sichuan], then went to Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China alone to train for one year, and then returned to the restaurant as the second generation of Chinese Cuisine knife-cut noodle [Gu no Restaurant]. In May 2022, restaurant interior work was completed to prevent deterioration and antibacterial measures in the store. At the same time, he changed his name to [Chinese Cuisine Shofuku] and resumed business in June. In the future, I would like to preserve the taste of my predecessor and express my own individuality in cooking.
