Lunch at Shofuku, a local Chinese restaurant located at the east exit rotary of Gotanda Station. Climb the stairs using the yellow signboard with the word "Sho" upside down as a guide. The shop on the second floor is small. A few customers. The lunch menu includes set items: 1. Half fried rice set Half fried rice + Dandan knife-cut noodle 950 yen 2. Half mapo bowl set Half Mapo bowl + Tantan knife-cut noodle 1000 yen Ginseng, half set Half fried rice + Half tandan knife-cut noodle are 850 yen, 4. Half set - half mapo bowl + half tantan knife-cut noodle is 950 yen, and there are also a few Other noodles and set meals. It's quite sour and has a chili oil flavor, but it's not spicy. The noodles are chewy knife-cut noodle. This is quite delicious. The soup is light, so I'm happy that the noodles are delicious. Yes, this is not spicy, but dandan, so it's not spicy at all. An additional 150 yen is required to replace it with masa. So I'm going to add some black chili oil from the table. This is very burnt and dark chili oil. It's not as spicy as it looks and the scent isn't too strong. Mapo tofu is also a bit bland. I don't know why, it doesn't have much flavor. However, the minced meat and tofu were stir-fried properly and surprisingly delicious. I really like it when I eat it. It's a little spicy. When you eat knife-cut noodle at the same time, you will find that they are surprisingly delicious. When I finished eating it, I was surprised at how delicious it was. From the first bite, I didn't think it was delicious, but it's strange how it somehow feels delicious when I eat it. Is it an authentic seasoning that is not aimed at Japanese people?
