休日の昼に、五反田駅近く、「福」が逆さまな翔福に行ってきました。
いつも通りかかるたびに今度行こうと思って行けてなかったお店です。
12:10、店内は１組いるのみでした。
刀削麺の担々麺が目的でしたが、メニューを見ていると汁なしのユーポー麺が気になってしまって結局、ユーポー麺（900円）と半炒飯（380円）を注文。相棒が担々麺（800円）を注文。
ちなみに注文時にパクチーを入れて良いか聞かれますので嫌いな人も大丈夫です。
それにしてもコスパいいですね。
5分ほどで到丼です。
そういえば久しぶりな刀削麺でしたが、思っていたよりワイルドな麺でした。ただ、刀削麺としてはこれがスタンダードなんだと思います。
ユーボー麺ですが、汁なし担々麺だと思って食べると肩透かしになります。麺をメインに楽しむ酸味強みな油そば、そういうイメージです。
結構酸味あります。
モヤシとニンニクが絡んで、具だけは二郎インスパイアですね。
パクチーも相俟ってエスニック感は強いです。
麺のしっかりとした歯応え、超太の麺の食べ応え、刀削麺、面白いですね。
担々麺も一口しか食べてないですが、酸味があるタイプでした。
総じてやっぱり刀削麺は刀削麺だなと再認識しました。刀削麺は山西省らしいので、四川料理とは一線を画してますよね。
こちらは今度夜にきて色々料理食べてみたいです。
