2023.03オープンの五反田にある日本料理店。品川経済新聞を見てずっと気になっていて初訪問！
五反田には無いタイプの雰囲気・質・料金どれを取ってもちょうど良い痒いところに手が届くお店です。カウンターメインのシックなインテリアでデートにも向きそう、週末だったので若めのカップルが多かったです。奥には個室もあるようで複数人利用もいいですね。
和食店には珍しくペアリングもされていて今回はコース×ペアリングをオーダー、友人は個別オーダーしてました、1人だけペアリングでもOKでした(有難い…) 。
店主さんが日本酒に詳しくオタク級でお話がめちゃくちゃ楽しかったです!!! 微妙な温度の変化を持たせて酸味を際立たせたり、日本ワインも3種出てきて楽しかった〜。日本酒は王道〜希少系までアガるラインナップ。亀泉のピンクラベルは痺れた〜泣!!
お料理は味の美味しさもさることながら海鮮の選球眼が素晴らしく素材そのものが美味しい。最後の土鍋ご飯も炊き立てホクホクでサイコーでした。
途中であん肝出してくださったり、亀泉を注ぎ足ししてくださったりサービス満点、心も満点でした
なんと品川経済新聞を見て来店する人は初めてだったそうでw、いつもマイノリティに属す自分に笑いました。
立地内容雰囲気考えてもコスパ凄い、ペアリングも内容から考えてサービス精神すごく、オススメのお店です。
