食材と真摯に向き合い、そして愛情を注いで丁寧に作り上げた逸品をコースで堪能できる素敵な和食屋さん！
四季の味をそのまま感じることができ、旬の素材を使ったお料理がずっと旨かったです。
心にグッときました。
少し薄暗くムーディーな雰囲気がまた食欲を沸き立ててくださいました。
見た目の派手さがあるわけではありませんが、食べいて落ち着く彩り豊かなお料理たち。
日本酒との相性が抜群に良い和の一皿。
筍の炊き込み土鍋ごはんは筍の以外使用していないというストレート真っ向勝負。
これでいい、いやこれがいい。
食材の味を活かすことにとても長けており、頷いて噛み締めながら味と向き合いながら過ごすことができました。
楽器真宗、とても美味しかったな。
