I was interested in this store because it's in front of Tokyu Station. An interesting concept where you can customize your favorite pasta from 30 types of toppings. If you look closely, you'll see that it's been going on since 9am. It was available around summer this year, but I don't eat pasta that much, so I went here for the first time. So, I went to the store around 10 o'clock. No one yet. The menu is mobile ordering by scanning a QR code, and it looks like it's open until 11am. I did it. For breakfast, I only had Kamatama pasta and pizza toast. Both were ¥700. I couldn't choose at all. I was a little shocked, but ordered Kamatama pasta. It comes with a drink, so hot coffee is included. Kamatama pasta is served in 5-6 minutes. Hmm, it's not much. There's some soup stock at the bottom, so mix it with the eggs. Then, sprinkle with bonito flakes and green onions. Unlike udon, it doesn't have that piping hot sensation, and the egg doesn't even show signs of hardening. The flavor is delicious with the soup stock, but I feel something strange about the hard pasta. This doesn't have to be pasta. I think you should come at lunchtime when you can customize it in many ways.
