新しいスタイルの焼肉が頂けると聞いて伺ったのは【片面炙り焼き肉じゅう兵衛GOKINJO】
青森八戸の『NAMIKI和牛』を一頭買いされているお店です。
五反田駅西口から3分程の好立地なのも魅力☆
１Fはカウンター席とテーブル席。
２Fは個室が並んでいます。
今回は２Fの個室をご用意頂きました。
まずはプレミアムレモンサワーで乾杯♪
レモンの爽やかさをしっかり感じられてすっきり☆

塩加減が程よくてさっぱり頂けます。
☆キムチ盛り合わせ
白菜キムチ、オイキムチ、カクテキの盛り合わせ。
辛すぎないので、箸休めにもぴったり。
こちらの焼肉の特徴のひとつは、焙煎したばかりのアツアツのゴマをその場ですって下さり、このゴマと焼肉を一緒に頂く点。
焼肉をゴマで頂いたことがないので、どんなお味になるのか興味津々♪
☆炙り焼肉盛り合わせ【ゴールデンボール盛り】
タン、ザブトン、イチボ、マンジュウ、ランプ、シンシン、サーロインの豪華7種類の盛り合わせ♡
片面しか焼かないので、お肉は薄めにカットされています。
片面炙り焼肉とは、片面のみ焼くことにより、お肉本来の旨味を逃がさない焼き方。
ふゎっとした食感とパリッとした香ばしい焼き目の両方が味わえます。
表面に肉汁が溢れ出したところを頂くので、とにかくどの部位もジューシー♡
口いっぱいにお肉の旨みと甘い脂が広がります♡

そして白い玉ねぎベースの『魔法の白タレ』も甘くて初体験の味。

紫玉ねぎのマリネとトマトのマリネでジューシーなお肉をさっぱり頂けます。
年齢的にジューシーなお肉は沢山頂けないのですが、この無限トマトだとモリモリ頂けちゃいます♪
