最近大崎広小路あたりが串揚げの新規店舗が次々とオープン。こちらは綺麗な店内でおしゃれな串揚げ系のお店。
コースは2コースでアラカルトはなし。
まずドリンク、結構高めハイボールは1000円近くします。普通に角でも良いから500円ぐらいで出し欲しい。きっとオープンしたてでまだお客さんもついてないからドリンクでという方針はわかるけど、だったら杯数頼むからもう少し頼みやすい値段で。オレンジワインもグラスにちょこっと。微妙すぎる。
串揚げは油が良い油を使っており、もたれない良い感じ。
ただ串揚げコースには牛肉なし、鹿肉は美味しかったけど。
なんかオシャレにすすめる方針っぽいけど、価格帯、メニュー、ドリンクどれも中途半端。高級食材とか行くなら倍の値段とってもいいからもう少しインパクトを。
それかドリンクはもう少し値段落とすか。
おそらくまだ流行ってないから、全体的に緊張感が漂ってます。今後に期待してます。
