I heard about the opening last month, so I visited after finishing my work for 2023. Although it is within a few minutes walk from Gotanda Station, it is located in a corner of a residential area, so it is a quiet area and seems to be safe. The interior of the store is a stylish space with a concrete theme throughout, giving an impression similar to a fashionable bar. There are not that many seats, 8 counter seats where you can see the cooking process, and 3 tables that seat 4 people, so the atmosphere is calm and more suitable for a date than a banquet. There were two types of courses, but since I wanted to try a variety of things, I chose the 4,800 yen course. It was like a full course, with not only Fried Skewers, but appetizers, salad, soup, rice, and karinto to finish, so I never got tired of it and enjoyed it until the end. The following was particularly delicious.・Doteyaki ・Broccoli ・ Oyster ・Hida beef ・Katsudon ・Karinto (not the so-called karinto, but fried mochi topped with brown sugar syrup is the best option) The owner handles everything from cooking and serving to the cash register by himself, so he seems to be always busy. However, the service is not slow at all, and the timing is just right, and the glasses, plates, and other tableware are stylish, and I can feel the owner's commitment to this. The toilet was well-maintained and clean, but the downside was that it was quite small due to the lack of equipment. The price for eating and drinking was just under 10,000 yen per person, so I wouldn't say it's cheap, but I think it's definitely a famous restaurant if you want to experience the "authentic taste."
