関東に多数店舗のあるUSHIHACHI系列。
1月にオープンしたばかり。
和牛一頭買いをウリとしていて刺し・焼き・鍋を名物としている。この日はランチで訪問。
生肉牛丼を注文。
生肉の取り扱い認可店ならではメニュー。
生肉が柔らかくとろける感じで美味しかった。
ランチビール飲みながら堪能した。
ボリュームは少なめなのは残念だが仕方がないかな・・・。
おしゃれで綺麗な店内も良かった。
