初訪問。 五反田駅〜大崎広小路駅間ガード下にある焼鳥推しの居酒屋。でも実はモツ鍋推し。
全席喫煙可。
2024年にオープンしたばかりの店なのだが、夜に店前を通るといつもお客さんがいっぱい入っているので気になってました。
しかも19時まではハッピーアワーで檸檬サワーやハイボールが199円+税。
よ〜し、ならば行ってみっか。
平日に1人でフリー凸。 早めの時間帯だったせいかすんなり入れたが、私が帰る頃にはかなり混雑してきてたので時間帯によっては予約無しだと厳しいかも。
心配だった喫煙被害に関してだが、お客さんが少ない時間だったせいか全く問題無しでした。
オーダーはスマホでQRコード読み取ってからのモバイルオーダーというイマドキのヤツ。なんで決してスマホを忘れる事のないように。
まずはお目当てのハッピーアワー檸檬サワーで1人カンパーイ。
店がウリにしている焼鳥に関してだが……
お肉の味はわりと良いと思います。ただ味付けってかタレがめっちゃ弱い。シャバシャバのペラッペラなタレだなぁ。
わりとマジな話、エバラ焼鳥のタレを使うほが数段美味しくなると思います。焼鳥はタレ大事なんでタレの開発にはもっと予算を使って欲しいなぁ。
焼鳥よりも良かったのが塩モツ煮込み。臭み皆無でプリプリのモツがたっぷり入って味の面でも食べごたえの面でもバッチリ。 ここんちはモツ鍋も推しているのだが、塩モツ煮込みの出来からするとモツ鍋は期待できそう。
ただし、モツ鍋は2名様〜のオーダーなんでソロ凸の私は食えなくて涙。
混雑してくると喫煙の問題が発生しさうなんでササッと飲んでスパっと会計。
早い時間にこうしてサク飲みに利用するには良さそうですね。
