五反田駅からすぐの焼き鳥屋
予約なしでは断られる人多数の人気店
紅ふじ鶏という銘柄鶏を使っている。
不勉強なためこの鶏を調べてみると、なかなか高級な鶏(もも肉で¥3,780/kgのが出てきた)
ブロイラーより飼育日数が長いようだ
焼き鳥類はどれも身質がよく、大ぶりで食べ応えがある
焦げ目が付かないように丁寧に焼いてて、好感が持てる
この串が200円代で食べられるのは、かなりお得感がある
片っ端から焼き鳥を頼むことをオススメしたい
スマホオーダーでは、卓上にない希少部位もあった
特に良いなと思った串は、レバーとせせり、ふりそで
塩タレの味付けはお店任せだった
タレはベタっと甘くなくてあっさり
直接オーダーなら味付けを指定できそうだが、スマホからでも塩タレを選べたら良いなと思う
肉刺し5点盛りは、どれも低温調理された豚ホルモン類だが、薬味の他は醤油のみで、ここはごま油くらいあってもよかろうと思う
一品ものでは、塩のホルモン煮込みが良かった
塩分は強めだが、とろみがあり、ホルモンのクニクニ感が残っている
あまり他にないホルモン煮込みだ
QRコードで注文ができ、オーダーのストレスがない
(ドリンクの氷なしを頼んだら、直接承ってくれたので、直接オーダーも可能なのだろう)
清酒がなぜか白雪の大吟醸のみなのは不思議
そしてなぜか頼んでもいない飛び切り燗で出てきた(それで味が崩れないのは、伊丹の大手酒造の腕)
清酒は上撰とかでいいのにな
混雑する中、こまめに空いた皿を片付けてくれる気遣いがありがたかった
18:30までならハイボール/サワーが¥199+税だというので、早い時刻を狙った方が良さそう
